Hideaway Park came to be simple because it is located near the ski resort. It began as a small settlement with only a handful of buildings and people. On August 1st 1978 the town was founded and became Winter Park. In 1980 Winter Park grew again incorporating the West Portal Village. The West Portal Village became the home of the Mary Jane Base and various other buildings at the resort such as the Iron Horse Resort. With the mission statement being, to actively develop as a quality resort community, which reflects the beauty of our natural surroundings, visitors can be certain to have a unique experience taking in the culture of such a passionate town. A USD 30.00 cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in for 1 night stays. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out at 10 am. The front desk and clubhouse are open 7 days a week. Our schedule varies by season- Spring 9AM-5PM, Summer 8AM-10PM, Fall 8AM-6PM, Winter 8AM-10PM. Minimum check in age is 21. The Meadow Ridge condominium complex is located in Fraser, just five minutes from Winter Park. All of the units will offer a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV, VCR or DVD player, panoramic mountain views and depending on specific unit location, either a private patio or balcony. Club Meadow Ridge has an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, racquetball, laundry facilities, small workout room, ski shop during the ski season and free wireless internet access.

Located 2 blocks from Main Street in downtown Winter Park, the Hi Country Haus sits on a 25 acre wooded development. A variety of accommodations range from studios to three bedrooms. This is a great property for families, couples or large groups. All units have a full kitchens, fireplaces, cable TV, VCR or DVD players. The recreation facility is at the center of the property and offers an indoor pool, four hot tubs, game room, laundry facilities, free internet access. During the summer months, enjoy the large sundeck and children's playground area. The free ski shuttle runs through the property during the winter season.

PLEASE NOTE that the pool and entire clubhouse are undergoing major renovation at this time. There are no common area amenities for the time being. Guests may use the nearby Grand Park Community Recreation Center (packed with amenities and facilities like pool, gym, steam room and climbing wall) for a fee. We regret the inconvenience.

This hotel is located only 1/3 miles from the base of Winter Park Resort. Guests can enjoy a free ride on the Village Cabriolet from the steps of the Vintage Hotel to the Village at Winter Park. Shuttle service runs throughout the evening (ski season only) to shuttle guests from the hotel to the town of Winter Park.

The accommodations range from traditional hotel guestrooms to luxury 2 bedroom suites with kitchenettes and fireplaces. The guest rooms have brand new, high quality mattresses, pillows, linens, and towels as of February 2012. The Vintage Resort offers guests a resort hotel with an outdoor heated swimming pool, oversize hot tub/Jacuzzi, sauna, exercise facilities, full service restaurant (seasonal for apres ski and dinner), high-speed internet service, game room, and guest laundry facilities.

***Pets are allowed but there is a one time fee of $25 per stay if guest brings a pet. Up to three pets are allowed, $25 plus tax for the first pet and $10 each additional pet. Payment is due upon check-in. Subject to availability and the Vintage Hotel must be contacted directly from the guest prior to check-in.***
