The Lodge offers more than 10000 square feet of conference and meeting space. The Grand Ballroom is 6400 square feet and is divisible by three. The pre-function area is 1500 square feet. For small groups and corporate meetings the Executive Board Room will seat up to 14 while the Private Dining Room serves 10. The Lakeside Pavilion is perfect for receptions and special events. Spacious - describes the Lodges guest suites ranging from 532 to 2476 square feet. All have fireplaces. Many feature balconies with lake or mountain views. Each guest suite features granite counters/slate tile floors/oversized comfortable room furnishings and baths with both tubs and walk-in showers. All rooms are equipped for high-speed internet access. The Lodge features the Boat Club lakeside restaurant and lounge/wireless internet connectivity/art gallery/gift shop/outdoor pool and hot tub/exercise facility/full-service spa/marina/private beach and underground parking. During the summer the Lady of the Lake classic 31 ft cruiser leaves from the marina on private charter cruises. S.N.O.W. bus transfers to the Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort during ski season.

The European-style Kandahar Lodge is located at Whitefish Mountain Resort, 7 miles from Whitefish, Montana, 32 miles west of Glacier National Park, and approximately 22 miles from Glacier International Airport. The Lodge is a base camp for summer explorations of nearby Glacier National Park and in the middle of the action for winter snow sports. Zip lines, alpine slide, hiking, mountain biking, chairlift rides and a canopy tour are within walking distance of the Lodge. The Village area of Whitefish Mountain Resort also offers dining, drinking and shopping. In the winter the S.N.O.W. bus provides free shuttles to/from Whitefish.
