Nestled amongst a secluded tree covered compound just 3 short blocks from Santa Fe's Historic Plaza, you will find a refuge like no other in our magical city. Las Palomas embodies the charm, elegance and ambiance which makes Santa Fe such a unique and special place. The historic casitas of Las Palomas built of traditional adobe bricks have been maintained to preserve the authentic feel of Santa Fe and have two distinct styles of Santa Fe architecture, Territorial from the Spanish Colonial culture and Pueblo from the Native American culture.

As you stroll through our private gardens to your very own Casita you will enjoy the meandering brick pathways enhanced by gas lamps, beautiful aspens, and flowers. At every turn, you will find the sculptures and paintings of Native American Artist Doug Coffin adorning walls and courtyards. Enjoy relaxing in our Breakfast Coffee bar which offers a deluxe continental breakfast each morning and serves espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, teas and hot chocolate throughout the day. For the more ambitious our exercise center features Matrix Fitness equipment for the complete workout.

Las Palomas offers studio and one bedroom Casitas each decorated with custom leather and wood furnishings with their own style and flair of bold colors, local artwork and hand-woven rugs. These are very interesting times for us. We were recently named Money Magazines favorite bed and breakfast. Some of the first guests to book a room because of the article stopped in a few days early on their way to Taos to see the place they'd reserved. At the time, we had a family staying in all 3 rooms of the main house, playing cards, drinking beer and generally having a good time in the main room. Afterwards the couple called and demanded that we cancel their reservation because the atmosphere was entirely inappropriate. Many people are making the leap from favorite to best Bed and Breakfast in Santa Fe. Thats not us, we want to be a fun place for fun people. We don't compete with the entire high brow, high dollar places here in Santa Fe. Instead we are the fun, less expensive Bed and Breakfast for the everyman, a rare find in downtown Santa Fe. We may not have fresh flowers and little stuffed animals in every room, but as one guest said, Thats just less stuff for me to knock over. Casa Del Toro Suites Bed and Breakfast is a very sweet place, and we enjoy the nice, interesting and relaxed people who are drawn here. Our bed and breakfast is sixty-five miles north of Albuquerque and eighty miles south of Taos, in the heart of historic Santa Fe, New Mexico. Experience our freshly prepared breakfasts, freshly baked treats, and New Mexican hospitality. Browse our site and discover the luxurious accommodations, numerous amenities, and fantastic location, less than three blocks from the plaza, that await you at Casa Del Toro Suites Bed and Breakfast.
