Cancellation policy:For normal dates (no holidays or special events) there is a 3 day cancellation policy. Canceling after making reservation is $45. Canceling within 3 days of arrival date is the first night's room tax plus $45. Holidays and special events have a 10 day cancellation policy.

From 8AM to Midnight 7 days a week the hotel's front desk will be staffed and open as normal. From Midnight till 8AM the front desk and lobby will be closed and phones will be forwarded to our sister property at the Days Inn Beach. Any guest service issues will be handled at the Days Inn Beach lobby, i.e. check-in, check-out, room change, reservations, etc from Midnight till 8AM. Breakfast refreshments will be available from 8AM - 10AM during this time period at the Paradise Lobby.

Spring Season: March 1, 2013 -April 15, 2013
A $200 refundable cash security deposit will be required upon check in for anyone checking in between March 1st, 2013 through April 15th, 2013. This deposit will be refunded at check-out after hotel staff verify that the room and/or it's contents have not been damaged or that the room has not been left unduly dirty.Breakfast refreshments will be available from 7AM - 10AM during this time period at the Paradise Lobby.
