The minimum age to rent a guest room is 21 years old. Guests 17 and under stay free in same room with parent or adult, if utilizing existing bedding. The Riviera Palm Springs has a mandatory resort charge of $25 USD. An extra guest fee does apply for any 3rd or 4th guest at a cost of 25 USD per additional person.plus occupancy tax, per evening. Valet parking is available for $15 per vehicle, per night. Rollaway Bed pricing is $50 per day.
