Breathe in the fresh air. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring an odor free environment to our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.



There will be a $5 charge for any Roll-away bedding requests.



As a courtesy to our guests, our mail room will accept parcels for registered and arriving guests. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name on the future reservation. All parcels will accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival and held up to two weeks after departure. Improperly addressed parcels and those left for more than two weeks after departure will be returned to sender. The new and exciting first-class grand suite resort, the Floridays Resort Orlando, offers luxurious and beautifully appointed 2 and 3 Bedroom Grand Suites where comfort and elegance are predominant.
A whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower in all master rooms is a standard feature. Fully equipped kitchens including washers and dryers, 37-inch flat panel HD plasma TV in each living room and 27-inch large screen TV in each bedroom, living and dining room, high speed Internet access and balconies are part of the amenities. A 12,000 square foot reception center offers concierge services, fitness center, well equipped business center.

The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A $200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

Vista Cay Resort by Millenium requires that any guest checking in at the resort is 21 Years of age or older, and proper identification will be requested upon Checking- In. A valid Credit Card will also be required for all guests upon Registration.
