All incoming and outgoing traffic will be routed through the parking lot of the Ocean Club, just east of the Topsl main entrance. Please use extreme caution when entering and exiting Topsl during this construction. The following work is scheduled- The entrance lane to Topsl from Highway 98 will be widened, the median will be reconfigured, and new pavers will be installed in the entrance and exit lanes.
