Pool homes do not share access to community pool. Please be advised that pool heating and spas are optional and subject to availability. Some of our homes are equipped with gas heaters and others with electric heaters. Electric heaters take much longer to reach the desire temperature than a gas heater. The daily fee for an electric heater is $25 plus tax and $45 for a gas heater.
