At least one adult over 21 must be listed on the reservation form and occupy the assigned Florida vacation home. Check in time for all rental homes are at 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM. A late check- out is available upon request but not guaranteed for an additional fee of $50.CANCELLATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL = 1 NIGHT ROOM AND TAX PLUS $45 SERVICE CANCELLATION FEE. PET FRIENDLY HOMES require a $75 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $50 for each additional pet. All homes have a private screened-in pool. Cleaning fees will apply to stays less than five nights. Reservations for 5 nights or more have this fee waived. This fee is based on the size of the home reserved and must be paid prior to arrival.

Pool homes do not share access to community pool. Please be advised that pool heating and spas are optional and subject to availability. The request must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Not all homes are equipped with pool heaters nor have spas or are pet friendly. Some of our homes are equipped with gas heaters and others with electric heaters. Electric heaters take much longer to reach the desire temperature than a gas heater. The daily fee for an electric heater is $25 plus tax and $45 for a gas heater.
