Pool homes do not share access to community pool. Please be advised that pool heating and spas are optional and subject to availability. The request must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Not all homes are equipped with pool heaters nor have spas or are pet friendly. Some of our homes are equipped with gas heaters and others with electric heaters. Electric heaters take much longer to reach the desire temperature than a gas heater. The daily fee for an electric heater is $25 plus tax and $45 for a gas heater. Upon check-in, guests will be charged a non-refundable Property Protection Fee of $65 USD +tax per property booking, which is paid directly to the resort and is added for guests convenience and peace of mind. While the guest remains responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of this fee ensures that the guest will not be charged for damages that are clearly of an accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,000 maximum).
