The newly renovated Hollywood Beach Tower condominiums feature one large bedroom with a king-size bed two bathrooms a full kitchen, dining area and living room with a queen-size pull out sofa. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to remain unsupervised on the premises. Please do not register and leave under age guests for the week without adult supervision. This is prohibited and strictly enforced. Adult supervision of all minor children is required for their own safety and will be appreciated by everyone. Occupancy- the maximum number of persons per unit is 4. Occupancy is strictly enforced. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Security deposit of 100.00 USD is required.
