You must be 21 years old during Spring Break, damage deposit of $100 per person is required.

Each guest room occupant must be at least 18 years of age, when not traveling with an adult or guardian over 25. A valid driver's license/State ID is required at Check-in. On the beach, in the heart of it all! Each individually owned and decorated unit is clean and comfortable.

Our swimming pool will be closed September 2nd - December 23rd, 2008 and construction will be taking place on our parking garage from August 11th - December 23rd, 2008. There will be noise from 8am - 4pm on weekdays only.

Beginning August 3rd, 2008, our front desk will be open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
Sundays thru Thursdays our front desk will be closed between the hours of 11pm and 7am; There will be a security guard on premises and an on-call Manager available during these hours to handle guest questions or requirements.
