Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. Please come to our office at 322B N. Main St. to pick up your keys and maps. There is parking behind the building. We require a signed credit card imprint (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) upon check-in for security reasons. Our office hours during the ski season are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week. Our hours for the summer season are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and Sundays during peak periods.

Ski Side Condominiums, located close to the base of peak 8, allows you to ski right out of your condo onto Four O'clock Run and offers panoramic views of Breckenridge. There are 24, 1 or 2 bedroom condos to choose from. One bedroom condos sleep up to four people comfortably and you'll find all the conveniences of home with our fully equipped kitchen, full bath, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, high speed wireless internet and stereo system. Two bedroom units sleep up to six people and come with all of the amenities of a one bedroom plus a gas fireplace and extra full bath. Each condo also has it's own washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two indoor hot tubs on site. Ski Side Condominiums have outdoor parking which is not assigned or guaranteed. Ski Side does not allow pets or smoking in any of the units.

Tannenbaum Condominiums is one of our most popular Breckenridge destinations. Nestled in a scenic wooded area, these units are right next to the Blue River under towering Blue Spruce. These condos are conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the South End of Historic Downtown Breckenridge.

Tannenbaum Hotel Room Lock Off Units sleep 2 to 4 with a mini-fridge, TV and telephone and some with microwave and coffee maker. If you have bedding and/or amenity preferences (King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, etc.) please be sure to make notations upon booking your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

1 Bedroom Condominiums have full kitchen, dining area, large living room, fireplace and large walk out deck. All units feature free long distance, high speed internet and access to coin operated laundry within the Tannenbaum II complex. An on-site common area deck features 2 community grills and picnic area to accommodate groups or enjoy a summer picnic with views of the Blue River tumbling past. Another enjoyable summertime feature are all of the hiking trails located directly behind the property.

In both summer and winter enjoy access to the Columbine Recreation Center located just across the street with outdoor heated pool, indoor/outdoor oversized hot tubs, shower rooms and summer patio with outdoor furniture. Columbine Pool Summer hours are 10:00am-6:00pm daily (**Closed beginning 9/4/12 - 11/17/12**).

Located just one block to the Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Shuttle Stop with service to anywhere in Breckenridge including the Free Summit Stage transfer station, you will find that anything in the Summit County area is just a short FREE shuttle ride away!

Ski in on the Four O'Clock Ski Run and walk 1 block to the Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Shuttle Stop for a short, less than 5 minute ride to the base of Peaks 7 8. An easy 3 block walk to Historic Main Street, you are minutes from the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Park Meadows Lodge offers its guests a chalet style atmosphere with a large, comfortable lobby area and huge open fireplace for quiet reading time or just relaxing. After skiing, enjoy the two large outdoor hot tubs and the game room. Other amenities include on site coin operated laundry facilities, community gas grill picnic area.

Studio 1 Bedroom units feature a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop toaster/coffee maker (no dishwasher). Other complimentary amenities include cable TV/DVD, free wifi and individual ski storage lockers.

The Victorian style Wedgewood Lodge is nestled in the heart of historic Breckenridge. Located just 50 yards from the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Area and three blocks from Main Street, the Wedgewood Lodge offers the perfect destination for your mountain getaway. The Wedgewood offers a variety of units from studios up to three bedroom townhomes. All units at the Wedgewood are equipped with full kitchens, free wireless internet, CD/Radio, VCR/DVD combo players, cable TV, and telephones with free local calling. There are an indoor and outdoor hot tub and dry sauna onsite. Guests also have access to a swimming pool which is located just a block and a half away. Underground garage and outdoor parking are available. Parking is not assigned or guaranteed and during ski season, we strongly advise booking shuttle transportation from the airport. The Wedgewood Lodge is a smoke free and pet free property.
