Winterpoint Townhomes all feature a cozy living area with vaulted ceilings warmed by a gas fireplace, full kitchen with separate dining area, cable TV/DVD and a full size washer/dryer in each unit. All units also have an attached private garage and use of the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, open 10:00 am - 9:00 pm daily (**Closed beginning 9/4/12 - 11/17/12**). Late Check in: Guests arriving outside of normal business hours should park behind the Ski Country Resorts office building at 213 N. Main Street and walk up the back steps. There is a drop box on the left which will have an envelope with guest's name on it containing everything needed.

Ski Side Condominiums, located close to the base of peak 8, allows you to ski right out of your condo onto Four O'clock Run and offers panoramic views of Breckenridge. There are 24, 1 or 2 bedroom condos to choose from. One bedroom condos sleep up to four people comfortably and you'll find all the conveniences of home with our fully equipped kitchen, full bath, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, high speed wireless internet and stereo system. Two bedroom units sleep up to six people and come with all of the amenities of a one bedroom plus a gas fireplace and extra full bath. Each condo also has it's own washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two indoor hot tubs on site. Ski Side Condominiums have outdoor parking which is not assigned or guaranteed. Ski Side does not allow pets or smoking in any of the units.
