The Village Hotel is a few hundred yards' walking distance from the chairlift at the Base of Peak 9. The property is also features elevator access to the pedestrian plaza and is half a block from charming historic Main Street.

Pets are welcome in most room types, but please call to request a pet room. There is a $35 per night fee for pets.

A Daily Resort Fee of $20 per day includes parking, Internet access, and other services and amenities.

Guest units range from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units. Decor combines fine furnishings with rich fabrics and warm colors. All condos include moss rock fireplace, high-speed Internet access, DVD player, a full gourmet kitchen spacious living room, dining room, cable TV, coffeemaker, voicemail, data port, and a private patio or balcony.

A 2% civic assessment will be charged on all sales of tangible personal property (including food beverage and lodging charges) within the Breckenridge area. This will be charged on the resort fee as well as food and beverage.

All guests are responsible for paying the property's daily resort fee of $20 per room upon check-out. This taxable daily resort fee includes parking, internet access, and other services and amenities to enhance your visit.

The Victorian style Wedgewood Lodge is nestled in the heart of historic Breckenridge. Located just 50 yards from the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Area and three blocks from Main Street, the Wedgewood Lodge offers the perfect destination for your mountain getaway. The Wedgewood offers a variety of units from studios up to three bedroom townhomes. All units at the Wedgewood are equipped with full kitchens, free wireless internet, CD/Radio, VCR/DVD combo players, cable TV, and telephones with free local calling. There are an indoor and outdoor hot tub and dry sauna onsite. Guests also have access to a swimming pool which is located just a block and a half away. Underground garage and outdoor parking are available. Parking is not assigned or guaranteed and during ski season, we strongly advise booking shuttle transportation from the airport. The Wedgewood Lodge is a smoke free and pet free property.

If you want to be in the heart of everything that Breckenridge has to offer, look no further than Park Avenue Lofts. Built in 2001, this deluxe condominium property's downtown location is only 150 yards from the Quicksilver 6-passenger lift at the base of Peak 9 and an easy 1/2 block walk to all of the attractions of historic Main Street. Some of the property amenities include free wireless internet, outdoor hot tub overlooking Town, fitness room, underground heated garage parking, elevator access, ski lockers, and private balconies. This fantastic property is consistently one of the most popular Breckenridge locations.

Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. Please come to our office at 322B N. Main St. to pick up your keys and maps. There is parking behind the building. We require a signed credit card imprint (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) upon check-in for security reasons. Our office hours during the ski season are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week. Our hours for the summer season are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and Sundays during peak periods.
