The Residences at The Little Nell are exclusive private residences. Located next to the Silver Queen Gondola these two-three- and four-bedroom residences offer direct ski-in/ski-out access to legendary Aspen Mountain. Each residence seamlessly blends dramatic mountain-inspired architecture and thoughtful interior design with exceptional handcrafted finishes and exquisite custom furnishings. Floor plans take the best of The Little Nells inviting guest rooms and translate them into luxurious living spaces ranging between 2500 to 4450 square feet. Our residence hotel rooms have high ceilings either one king or two queen beds and are on the street or courtyard level. The room and bath finishes are similar to individual residences.
