All balconies will each be closed for one day. When workers are on the south side of the building there will be scaffolding up so views may be blocked. Construction will start October 10 and will run through January 20. Office hours are from 8am-6pm. There is departure cleaning only. Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age.
