Pets: Only cats and dogs (max 30 lbs) will be allowed in Private Pool Homes at Management's discretion. Pets are NOT permitted in Town Homes. There is a required pet fee of $200 USD + tax (non-refundable) which is used for cleaning home after departure. Seperate deposit also required to cover any damage caused by pet.Cleaning Fee: One-time departure cleaning fee for ALL reservations payable to property. $65 USD + tax for Town Homes and $79 USD + tax for Private Pool Homes.

Internet service: High-speed Internet service is $15 USD per hour for use and located in the resort's business center. FREE Wi-Fi available at Clubhouse for laptops equipped with proper devices.
