Vichy Springs Resort, a two-hour drive on Highway US 101 north of San Francisco, is California's oldest continuously operating hot springs resort. Opened between 1852 and 1854 the original buildings have been completely renovated and individually decorated. Three of the buildings (circa 1852-1854) at Vichy Springs Resort are the oldest standing structures in Mendocino County. Bed and Breakfast is offered in 18 rooms and 8 self-contained cottages (2 are disabled accessible).
