Damage deposits are returned the week following the guests visit unless damage has occurred which will be itemized, photographed and the amount for repair deducted from the guests damage deposit. The Innkeepers retain the right to seek recovery of damage above the amount held in the damage deposit when damages exceed the amount deposited.
